She penned this book over fourty-five years ago, and I have the privilege to publish it in her honor.

Dr. Lisa A Parker earned her Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership with an Emphasis in Organizational Structure from Grand Canyon University in Arizona, her Master’s degree in Business Communication from Spalding University in Kentucky, and her undergraduate degrees from Indiana Wesleyan University (IWU) in Indiana.
She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has over twenty-five years of experience implementing complex technology and business projects, while leading diversified teams. She is a certified Release Train Engineer (RTE), Agile Scrum Master (CSM), Agile Product Owner (CPO), and SAFe Agilist.
Additionally, Dr Parker is a professor teaching communication, public speaking, leadership, management, organizational structure, and project management.
She enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dog (Gus), reading, archery, and photography.
