She penned this book over 30 years ago for my daughter, and I have the privilege to publish it in her honor.

Dr. Lisa A Parker earned her Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership with an Emphasis in Organizational Structure from Grand Canyon University in Arizona, her Master’s degree in Business Communication from Spalding University in Kentucky, and her undergraduate degrees from Indiana Wesleyan University (IWU) in Indiana.
She earned her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 2005 and has over twenty years of experience implementing complex technology and business projects, while leading diversified teams. She became a certified Agile Scrum Master (CSM), certified Agile Product Owner (CPO), and certified SAFe Agilist in 2021-2022. She currently works as a Scrum Master for a Top 10 Fortune 500 company.
Additionally, Dr. Parker has been an active adjunct instructor for IWU since 2012. Her primary curriculum focuses on communication, public speaking, leadership skills, management, and organizational structure while integrating the teachings of emotional intelligence constructs.
She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, reading, archery, movies, and photography.
